Return & Exchange Policy
At Aretey Studio, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and joyful. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes fit or fabric preferences may differ. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Policy
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Only one exchange or return per order is allowed.
• Exchanges and refunds are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 3 months.
• Items purchased using Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.
• Products not meeting QC standards will be returned to you.
• Exchanges are accepted on all products, except in cases where hygiene or quality concerns apply.
• Size exchanges will be subject to product availability at the time of request.
• Aretey Studio is not responsible for damages caused after product use or due to improper handling or washing.
Return Policy
• Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 3 months.
• Shipping and reverse pickup charges are non-refundable.
• At this stage, Aretey Studio does not process monetary refunds — all approved returns are issued as store credits only.
How to Apply
(At Aretey’s initial stage, all exchanges and returns will be processed via WhatsApp communication.)
- Message us on our official WhatsApp number.
- Share your Order Number and registered email/contact number.
- Send images of the item and mention your reason for exchange/return (images are mandatory for defective or incorrect products).
- Confirm Store Credit as your preferred refund option.
- Submit your request.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, pickup is arranged within 1–3 working days.
Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup, minus the ₹100 reverse pickup charge.
Note: Please take a photo or video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof, in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item approved for pickup.
Important Points
• Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from your Store Credit).
• If your request is rejected at QC, you can contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.
• If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond this period.
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos for verification.
