Shipping Policy

At Aretey Studio, we’re committed to delivering your orders with care, transparency, and efficiency across India.
Each order is packed thoughtfully and shipped securely to reach you as soon as possible.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Pre-order items: For products marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the respective Product Page.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard delivery time: 5–6 business days, depending on your location.
• Express Delivery (Mumbai): At checkout, customers within Mumbai may opt for Next-Day Delivery (subject to serviceable pin codes).
• Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free across India. Any applicable express or next-day delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders, with a flat fee of ₹150.
• Order tracking: Tracking details are shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order using the link provided in your confirmation message.


3. Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:
• Delhivery
• DTDC
• Blue Dart

Each shipment is trackable, ensuring reliability and accountability at every step.


4. “Delivered but Not Received”

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery update.
• As per courier company policies, no complaints can be raised after 72 hours of marked delivery.
• Aretey Studio will not be liable for claims made beyond this timeframe.
• We advise capturing any photo/video proof of unsealed packages upon receipt for your own record.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, occasional delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or festivals
• Courier service disruptions

In such cases, we’ll ensure you’re informed proactively via WhatsApp or email.
