Cash on delivery

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 91377 94252 within 72 hours. Courier partners don't accept claims after that.

Damaged packaging

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged when your order arrives, take a photo before opening it. If the item inside is damaged, raise a request through areteystudio.com/apps/return_prime, then send the photos to us on WhatsApp at +91 91377 94252 with your order number.
